I can't fight with an Eclipse

For those of you still living under a rock- the 3rd installment of the twilight saga came out in June. We were all very excited about it (once again). So friends and I gathered in the movie theater for about 10 hours. (you really could only do this with your close friends) They were showing all 3 movies that night with the last movie starting at midnight. At least that was the plan. Everything started out fine- they started the first movie right on time but when they were running the credits the movie just stopped and the emergency lights in the theater came on. (at about 8:30) Unbeknownst to us- while we were watching twilight there was a terrible storm outside and it knocked the power out to the theater. (keep in mind there were other people who weren't in the theater yet watching the other movies, they were just waiting for the midnight showing- so they has to get out of line during the storm) So the power was out- and they asked us all to remain in our theaters and just be patient. Well about 2 hours of no power and no A/C the power came back on- YEAH! but we couldn't watch the 2nd movie- because it was on the same reel as Twilight and they couldn't start it half way through. They would have to start twilight all over again and then have new moon play. But they didn't want that (but we did) So we waited and waited and waited 4 hours for the 3rd movie to start- they got a late start because they couldn't let anyone in the theater until the power came on- so it took FOREVER to get 3000 more people in the theater so they could finally start Eclipse.

Which is another great reason to be there with your good friends- in case you have a power outage.

During the power outage the girls went around the theater to see what kind of trouble they could get in- and they found the 3D glasses- so decided to have some fun

Don't worry, the movie theater did give us all free movie tickets because we didn't get to see new moon- and they gave everyone free re-fills of pops and popcorn while they could (no matter what size you bought)
